Refund policy

All items purchased from Mindful Stoneware are final sale and non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

1. Take a Photo: Please capture a clear photo of the damaged product and the outer packaging the item arrived in. Make sure the damage is clearly visible in the image.

2. Contact Us: Email the photo, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to our customer service team at hello@mindfulstoneware.com.

Please ensure that your damaged product claim is submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive your claim, our team will promptly review it and provide you with the necessary support. Depending on product availability, we will offer either a refund or a replacement.
