All sales are final. Refer to refund policy for items that arrive damaged.

Expect variations in size, weight, and glaze as the ceramics are all handmade by me.

Items in stock will be shipped out within 5-7 business days of placing order.

Once an order is shipped, it can take anywhere between 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. 

If you have not received your item after 14 business days please contact me at hello@mindfulstoneware.com.

Please remember that I am a small business and I handle all operations in my business from creating the pots, sales, marketing, and fulfillment.
